Any Ferseng design in the size your room needs, recoloured to sit with what you already own, or a new rug drawn from a miniature, a painting or an idea of your own.

Every commission is printed on the same soft polyester chenille as our folios, and made in Türkiye.

How it works

From your room to your floor

  1. Tell us the room

    Send the size, the room and a few words or pictures about what you have in mind. The form below is enough to begin.

  2. We draw it

    We prepare a design for your size and palette and send it to you by email, with a quote.

  3. You approve

    Nothing is printed until you are happy with the drawing. We adjust it with you until it is right.

  4. We print and ship

    Your rug is printed on polyester chenille in Türkiye and sent to you by tracked courier, free of charge.

What you can choose

Change one thing or all of them.

  • Size

    Any width and length, for a living room, a stair landing or a long hallway. We redraw the design to fit your measurements rather than stretching it.

  • Palette

    Keep the original colours, or move the whole design into your own: lapis, madder, sage, ivory, or the colours of your sofa and curtains.

  • Design

    Start from one of our folios, from a miniature or painting you love, or from your own drawing, crest or family motif.

  • A detail of your own

    A name, a date or a line of verse printed into the border, for a wedding, a new home or a birth.

How much does a commission cost?

Commissions are priced by area, in line with our standard sizes. You receive an exact quote with your design, before you pay anything.

How long does it take?

We give you a delivery date with your quote. It depends on the size and on how many drafts the design needs.

Can I send photos or reference images?

Yes. Send them to support@ferseng.com, or reply to our first email with them attached.

What is it made of?

Polyester chenille, digitally printed, the same as every rug in our folios. Vacuum regularly without a beater bar and blot spills at once with a damp cloth.

Can I return a commissioned rug?

Because it is made for you, a commissioned rug cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or faulty. See Returns & Refunds.
